    That is way too much open areas used for nothing. That area should be devoted to nature, how much energy would it be to maintain all of that grass? Not to mention, that is an unnatural approach. But any step in the right direction is a good thing.

    Totally Green Alberta is being developed as a Cooperative. Membership into the Coop is $50,000/CDN and it includes your land a a 1/1000 interest into the infrastructure.

    I think that here …
    I think that here wind power is much more effective than solar (I’ve heard in the winter the snow can destroy many types of panels/or simply cover them up preventing any power generation)
