Temecula News Photographer gets into it with Pechanga Casino security and mobile home park managers

Temecula news photographer Chad Buchanan, formerly of KZSW-TV shows two clips of how he has handled people who (he feels) have inappropriately asked him to leave the scene of incidents.
In this video, there are two different situations:
A) The first one is a fatal trailer fire at a mobile-home park in Sun City, CA. The ignment from the ND was to shoot video of the damage. The park manager was upset and was attempting to force the photog to leave. Later, after talking for a while, she ended up going on camera for a full-on interview.
B) The second situation is at Pechanga Casino in Temecula, California at the end of a wild police pursuit. A group of local news photogs got permission from a Pechanga Casino security supervisor to shoot the end of the action from the top of a parking garage. Several security guards didnt get the message that it was ok for us to be there and tried to get the photogs to leave. They flat-out refused to check with their supervisor via radio (but didnt hesitate to call for back-up), despite being told by several legitimate, credentialed news photographers that they were actually escorted to this location by their boss. What happens next is what you see here…

pachanga police are …
pachanga police are all a bunch of would be tough guys who couldnt make it onto the temecula police force or border patrol, so they get tough with people 4 any little reason. one of them tried to get tough with my wife in the casino and he ended up getting in trouble 4 it and the casino gave us a free meal at the buffet for our trouble. what a bunch of dicks.

that security guard is typical…wanna be cop thinks his uniform makes him all that…overreacts and underthinks. The dude was all short of breath from the adrenaline pumping through him…how dare the photogs question him….
BTW…I don’t know why that bald, fat cop shown at 2:51 is wearing a bullet proof vest. Not even an AK round could penetrate all that lard.

To state that the …
To state that the pechanga security guards are a joke would be a gross understatement. the ones you captured on camera demonstrate the adrenaline junkie/authoritarian ego that attracts people into security jobs.
As for the first video at the trailer park, it seems that you were on private property and were asked to leave. Please show me in the Penal Code where the owners of private property are required to “politely” ask you to leave.
