This home was designed to be both sustainable as well as de-constructable. Using the latest in SIP design (structural Insulated Panels)this home take every advantage of both inside and outside spaces, While being energy effecient. the 1400sf home can be constructed in less then 3 weeks time and de-constructed allowing the re-use of over 90% of the materials.

yup, add a small wind funnel, a few solar panels, rain water collection, and solar heating and you’d have one modern-minimalist DREAM!!

Nice animation. If you’re just dreaming, how about a roof that can let water drain, some solar panels (space heating, water heating, and/or electricity), and maybe have the breakfast bar stick out so it’s usable? I think SIP wall construction is the wave of the future…no more stick-built homes that take weeks to build and can be eaten by hungry termites.
