they say they are realy great. they bring in a crew to build your foundation. you can even get basements instaled. they bring in a crane and trucks haul in the moduals. they simply lift them into place and bolt them together. they are realy strong because they must be structuraly stable enough to be trucked and lifted into place.

    your mobile home is appraised on the location, year , model and amenities. Mobile homes that are 1990 and newer can retain there value if cared for and updated every few years. Banks and lending institutions provide loans if the home is located on its own land. Based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the types of sinks, carpeting, roofing, decking ect..all add value to the home. you can do a search for Mobile home values, but beware many sites only offer e-books for money.
    also the location of the home, meaning the region of the country its located in is also very important, over 2 million people either own or rent mobile homes since they are an affordable way to live. I recently sold a 1989 tillman 14×70 2 bed/2bath home, i bought it for $7000 cash 3 years ago and it sold for $10,500 last month.
